Mar Mikhael Village entails the conversion of an old brewery into chic and trendy Lofts that exemplify contemporary city living in the hip area of Mar Mikhael.
This transformation, designed by Bernard Khoury, is the first of its kind in Lebanon, and it represents a blend of modern living with an appreciation for the past.
Loft living in Mar Mikhael Village will have an authentic connection to the place (Mar Mikhael neighborhood) and to the past (old brewery) with an international appeal and resonance. Loft sizes will range from 80m2 to 150m2 with a beautiful terrace garden for each.
The Lofts will be characterized by an open living space with a high ceiling of 4.5 meters, flowing floor plans with minimal use of walls, large windows enhancing light throughout the space, some exposed structural elements (piping/ductwork) and a mix of traditional mediums including concrete, metal and wood basically elements that inspire the senses!
Each loft will have 1 car parking and the option to buy an additional parking. There will also be ample visitors parking.
The Project will have an elegant commercial area that reinforces the notion of village living. The commercial area will include an authentic French brasserie, a coffee shop, a mini-market, a laundry, overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens with outdoor seating/dining.
Amenities at Mar Mikhael Village will include a gym, a club room, and a pool on the ground floor. There will be several independent blocks with private lobbies leading directly to the terrace garden of each Loft.
